Frequently asked questions….
-
Q: How confidential is our work together?
A: Total discretion is the cornerstone of my practice. I understand that when you are navigating high-stakes personal or professional upheavals, privacy is your most valuable asset. Our sessions are a "closed file" environment. I do not share client names, and I do not require public testimonials for this specific niche.
Q: Do you report back to any organisations or employers?
A: No. I am an independent coach. My loyalty is to you and your recovery. Unless there is a legal requirement regarding immediate harm to yourself or others, our conversations stay between us.
-
Q: I am currently in the middle of a prolonged investigation/legal process. Is it too soon for coaching?
A: Actually, this is the most critical time for support. Most professionals have legal advisors for the "logistics," but they are left alone to handle the psychological and emotional "limbo." This strategic programme is specifically designed to help you "stop the bleed," manage acute stress, and maintain your integrity while the process unfolds. In addition it helps you to move into your ‘Chapter Two’ following an investigation.

Q: Is this therapy?
A: No. While therapy often looks backward to heal the past, coaching is forward-facing and strategic. We focus on "What do I do today?" and "How do I build tomorrow?" If your situation requires clinical mental health support, I will always recommend that in conjunction with our strategic work.

Q: How do we meet?
A: Most of my sessions are conducted via secure Video Call allowing you to engage from the privacy and comfort of your own home, regardless of your location.
Q: I’m not sure whether this is right for me. How do I know?
A: You don’t have to decide now. Every partnership begins with a Confidential Strategy Call. We will discuss your current situation and determine a course of action that will serve you best.
