2. Intellectual Property All materials, including coaching frameworks, worksheets, videos, and blog content, are the sole property of Daniel Kemp Coaching. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal development, but you may not record, redistribute, or sell them without express written permission.

3. Engagement & Cancellations Booking a discovery call or session does not constitute a formal coaching relationship until a separate Coaching Agreement has been signed by both parties. Cancellation policies for individual sessions are outlined in the specific service agreements provided upon booking.

4. Limitation of Liability Daniel Kemp Coaching is not responsible for any specific outcomes or lack thereof resulting from the coaching process. The client remains fully responsible for their own decisions and actions
